I chose City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur for its proximity to Bur Juman Shopping Center and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and dining options. The hotel's restaurant offered delicious local and international cuisine, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
Issues with cleanliness and inaccurate information given about pool timings.

Great location near Burjuman mall and easy walking distance to the metro. Very nice and clean rooms, with 5-star standard amenities. Excellent customer service, especially from the bell boy Mann who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
Felt so well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

Comfortable stay and prompt service. Enjoyed the city view and tasty food in a fantastic location. The staff was hospitable and quick to address any issues. I’d recommend this hotel.

we had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur. the room on the 10th floor was fantastic, with a sunny road-facing view. the staff, especially Mr Guain, Khalid, and Briz, were efficient and welcoming. the hotel's location is perfect, close to the Burjuman Metro station and Carrefour for convenience.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 😊

the hotel is spotless and super close to the metro station. the location is great with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. the staff is amazing - especially geraldine - diana, and hishan who made my stay extra special.

This was our first time visiting this hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our room had all the amenities we needed for a short trip. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro station and nearby attractions. We especially enjoyed exploring the Al Seef Village Creekside, which was just a short walk away from the hotel. it was a great stay and we will definitely be coming back.
That during our breakfast, we noticed a dirty plate with half-eaten food on the floor that was not cleaned throughout our time in the restaurant. This was a bit unpleasant and could have been addressed more promptly.
