The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the city, perfect for a refreshing swim at any time of the day. Additionally, the staff's kindness, especially Uttara at the travel desk, made my birthday trip extra special with a surprise cake and expertly organized tours, including seamless PCR testing arrangements. City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur is truly a gem in the heart of Dubai, surpassing all expectations with its exceptional amenities and outstanding hospitality.
